Requirements

Must:
- I have 3 years of equivalent experience in a data or IT role. - I hold a Level 3 Diploma in ICT or an equivalent qualification. - I am an expert user of Microsoft products, specifically Excel and Power BI. - I have experience working in a 1st line technical support team, which is desirable. - I provide actionable insights from raw data and possess stakeholder management abilities to present findings in an accessible and compelling manner. - I have great attention to detail and maintain active affiliation with relevant networks and organizations, alongside ongoing community involvement. - I possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate with clients and third parties. - I am proficient in problem-solving and analytical skills, results-driven, well organized, and able to prioritize workloads while managing multiple demands/projects simultaneously. - I am analytical and numerical, and I approach challenges as a solutions-focused team player with a “can-do” attitude.

Responsibilities

- I will assist in the extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from legacy systems to the new Leisure Management System (LMS). - I will validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across customer, membership, financial, and booking datasets. - I will support reconciliation and audit checks to ensure migrated data aligns with source systems. - I will work with suppliers and the wider project team to resolve data discrepancies. - I will provide technical and administrative support during configuration, testing, and go-live phases. - I will help document and test system workflows, integrations, and user access controls. - I will coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and log issues for resolution. - I will maintain configuration and setup documentation for future reference. - I will act as first-line support for staff queries related to the new system during rollout. - I will troubleshoot system errors, access issues, and data inconsistencies in collaboration with the supplier. - I will support the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and site-specific configurations. - I will produce and maintain user guides, FAQs, and training materials for operational teams. - I will support the migration of key reports and dashboards to the new platform. - I will validate reporting outputs against legacy data to ensure continuity in performance monitoring. - I will assist the Lampton Leisure Performance and Insight Team in developing Power BI or similar reports post-implementation.
