In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and configuration of various communication systems. Your duties will also include fault finding, providing customer support, and training. You will support customers in and around Shropshire, West Midlands, Staffordshire, and Mid Wales, which will require regular travel in these areas.

We are looking for an experienced IT professional seeking the next step in their career with a rewarding organization. Our standard hours are 08:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday, but some flexibility will be necessary given the field-based aspects of the role. You should be professional, flexible, well organized, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with customers of varying technical knowledge. The Telford site is commutable from multiple areas, including Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Newport, and Wolverhampton.
