Must:

- Information Technology Infrastructure Library or equivalent
- 3-5 years in IT Management
- Proven experience in IT infrastructures (Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange), cloud services (AWS, Azure), network security, and cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Professionalism and ethics in maintaining integrity and honesty
- Reliability and punctuality in performance
- Ability to collaborate and work well in a team environment
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive attitude, even under pressure
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks
- Respect and courtesy towards colleagues, managers, and clients
Responsibilities
- Develop the data strategy alongside senior management
- Embed the data strategy and lead the implementation project
- Meet business needs and implementation requirements following agreed standards
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and mutual value during engagement delivery
- Maintain consistent standards and alignment to ISO27001 and ISO42001
- Create a documented framework to ensure policies align with data protection, security, and confidentiality
- Standardize processes, tools, and documentation for all data-related deliverables
- Manage incident response
- Ensure business continuity
- Oversee monthly management reporting
- Serve as the point of contact between the Commercial Business Unit regarding information security threats and opportunities
- Attend and participate in the quarterly Risk Register meetings
- Manage daily IT operations while providing support for data products, platforms, and projects
- Lead internal projects in Cyber, IT, AI, and IT Change Management
- Work with external auditors and regulatory bodies to uphold ISO certification standards
- Manage supplier relationships
- Supervise junior team members
