At Labman, we design and build world-class automation systems for clients across the globe—from machines that test mascara to robots that help analyze cancer drugs. As a Graduate Software Engineer, I offer you the chance to dive straight into real projects while working with passionate engineers to create the brains behind our automation systems. I recognize that this role is open only to candidates with permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK, as we cannot offer visa sponsorship for this position. The advert for this role will close on November 20th, 2025, with interviews taking place initially on Teams between December and January. If successful, you will be invited for an in-person interview at our Labman Head Office in North Yorkshire between January and March, with the role starting in September 2026. In addition to a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £35,000, I offer a variety of benefits including 33 days of annual holiday (increasing to 38 over five years), Aviva Healthcare, a 5% employer pension contribution, travel opportunities, CPD support, a free in-house gym, and numerous social clubs.
