Technical Support Engineer

In this hands-on support role, I expect you to deliver Level 1–3 technical support across End User Computing, applications, and software, with a strong emphasis on site-based support across multiple construction projects. You will act as a key point of contact for all user-facing IT issues, closely collaborating with infrastructure, service management, and application teams while operating within an ITIL-aligned framework. Your primary responsibilities will include providing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, applications (e.g., MS Office), and AV equipment, troubleshooting user issues such as account access, hardware faults, and network connectivity. You will support site IT setups, including server maintenance and racking infrastructure, maintain asset inventories, and liaise with vendors for warranty repairs. Additionally, you will log, prioritize, and resolve incidents using ServiceNow in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contribute to the knowledge base and continuous improvement initiatives, and support end-to-end hardware lifecycle processes including imaging, deployment, testing, and quality assurance. On-site support across the region will be crucial, alongside escalating complex issues as needed.
