Senior Network and Infrastructure Engineer

You will configure, maintain, secure, and develop our IT infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime across our secure network, cloud, and remote resources. Your role involves providing technical infrastructure support across all server, cloud, security, and networking platforms. Maintaining effective data management and backup capabilities is crucial, and you will provide elevated support to the helpdesk when necessary. Additionally, you'll manage the MIS Service Desk, oversee the helpdesk ticketing platform, and ensure consistency in managing ticket lifecycles and technician workload. You'll engage in hands-on technical work across networking, infrastructure, and cybersecurity domains, apply best practices, and lead technical projects. Your responsibilities will also include designing and maintaining secure access to our internal and cloud-based systems, architecting hybrid cloud security solutions, and actively monitoring security alerts to mitigate risks. You’ll develop and implement corporate security policies, monitor threats, maintain infrastructure stability, contribute to technical documentation, implement data protection measures, and lead the resolution of complex technical incidents. Moreover, you will support research and development initiatives and ensure secure access for remote working scenarios.
