Requirements
Must:
I require candidates to have at least 10 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform. You should have successfully led a minimum of 3 end-to-end Service Cloud implementation projects as the lead architect. I am looking for someone with expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including omni-channel, case management, knowledge, and automation. Strong integration and data migration experience is essential, and possessing Salesforce Architect certification(s) is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of Service Cloud solutions for complex client programs. You will facilitate client workshops to capture both technical and business requirements. Additionally, you will define scalable, best practice architectures, incorporating integrations, security, and data models. I need you to oversee technical governance to ensure alignment with Salesforce standards and support delivery teams throughout the build, test, and deployment phases.
Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to contract with our consultancy, delivering enterprise-scale Service Cloud solutions. This position is remote, with occasional travel to London, and falls within the Inside IR35 status.
