Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a strong technical understanding of Salesforce, including data models, integrations, and architecture. While the role does not require hands-on development, you should be able to write user stories with technical accuracy and own integration stories. It's important that you understand architecture and can communicate fluently with developers and architects. You should be able to translate business needs into precise technical documentation and have experience working on large transformations or complex systems. Experience in cross-functional teams involving developers, architects, product managers, and others is essential. We seek individuals with a strong analytical mindset who ask the “why” and are willing to dig deep.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work on features and user stories for the Salesforce platform as well as other IT systems. Your collaboration with Salesforce architects and developers will be vital to supporting the Salesforce eco-system. You will be expected to translate technical requirements into business solutions, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Description
This is a permanent position that offers the flexibility of remote work, with an expectation to be on-site in Hertfordshire one day per week.
