Requirements
Must:
- I require an advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
- You should have at least 4 years of previous development experience with Salesforce.
- It is preferred that you hold a Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification.
- Development experience with Salesforce CPQ and Conga CLM is also preferred.
- You should possess Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator certification and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
- Experience with a DevOps platform (e.g., Copado) is preferred.
- A strong understanding of how to build and support highly scalable and reliable solutions on the Salesforce Platform is essential.
- Experience working in Agile projects and managing workload with JIRA is required.
- I need someone with proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
- You should have demonstrated success with at least one large Salesforce integration project.
- Familiarity with cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integration technologies is important.
- I expect technical project management experience and an understanding of UI design principles and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills and experience working with large-scale, complex datasets are necessary.
- You must have solid communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
Responsibilities
- I will rely on you to act as a CRM trusted advisor, supporting business unit projects through all phases of requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- You will conduct product demonstrations and use-case modeling, develop business processes, and handle related configurations.
- It is your responsibility to align and gain buy-in from stakeholders, and provide direct support to business unit staff during launches.
- You will estimate the work efforts required for each phase of a project or ticket, and take direct design, development, and implementation responsibility.
- I expect you to provide product and technical expertise when scoping complex projects and related integrations.
- You will review code and solution summaries to ensure adherence to best practices and fit-for-purpose development.
- Monitoring integrations, troubleshooting issues, and assessing future integration requirements, including design and development, will be part of your role.
- You will be responsible for documentation and knowledge sharing, covering technical aspects, business processes, best practices, reference architecture, etc.
- I need you to apply advanced Salesforce technical principles and concepts, contributing to the development of new principles and concepts.
- You will work on unusually complex technical problems and provide innovative and ingenious solutions.
- Working under consultative direction, you will pursue predetermined long-range goals and objectives, determining necessary courses of action to achieve desired results.
