Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, preferably in a contract or project-based environment. You should possess strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills are essential. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps would be a plus. Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, or relevant) are desirable, and experience working within the charity or non-profit sector is advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed business and functional requirements for Salesforce projects. You will analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements that leverage Salesforce capabilities. You will translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications. Additionally, you will work with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions. Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting end-user training as needed will also be part of your responsibilities. It's important to ensure that solutions align with best practices and business objectives.
