Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience. You should have at least 2 years of experience with DEX tools or endpoint management/automation (such as Nexthink or ZDX) and a minimum of 3 years supporting enterprise IT environments. A strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM (e.g., ServiceNow), DEX/Network monitoring tools (e.g., Nexthink, ZDX), Microsoft 365/Azure, UEM tools, and scripting (including PowerShell, Bash, Python) is essential. You should also possess data analysis and reporting expertise, with the ability to identify trends and take action. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Linux, IAM, and endpoint security will also be required.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the Digital Experience (DEX) lifecycle by conducting needs analysis, persona mapping, reporting, and continuous improvement. You will manage DEX tools which includes their selection, deployment, configuration, reporting, vendor management, and integration with IT systems. You will monitor performance, adoption, and sentiment while driving automated self-healing and behavioral change. Collaboration with IT, security, operations, and HR will be crucial to align DEX with organizational needs. You'll also support incident management, create knowledge resources, and ensure endpoint compliance and optimization. We expect you to promote digital dexterity, automation, and agile working practices across the organization while mentoring technical staff and championing best practices.
