Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for candidates with experience in the insurance industry or projects/products related to Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
- A background in business process optimization and enhancing user experiences is essential.
- Strong experience in platform analysis and management, with a focus on continuous improvement, is required.
- Candidates should demonstrate the ability to align platform changes with broader business objectives.
- Comfort working with technical teams and understanding system architecture, integrations, and data flows is important.
Responsibilities
- I will have the candidate support and enhance our critical Policy Administration System (PAS), ensuring it manages policy lifecycles efficiently and stores essential information effectively.
- The candidate will analyze PAS performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- I expect the candidate to work closely with agile delivery and operational teams to align the platform with our business objectives and ensure it operates efficiently.
- Their insights and ability to communicate effectively across teams will be crucial in shaping our PAS strategy.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive insurance solutions, leveraging innovative technology and dedicated customer support to ensure our clients receive the protection they deserve. As we experience rapid growth, we are looking for a PAS Platform Analyst who is analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver to join our team. This position will require being in the office 1 to 2 days a week in New Malden, with a competitive salary of £75,000.
