Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on technical experience
- Proficiency with the O365 suite
- Familiarity with Intune and JAMF MDM
- Knowledge of Nexthink DEX and Automation
- Experience with Defender Suite (Endpoint, 365, Identity, Cloud Apps)
- Understanding of Entra Suite (Identity Management)
- ITIL practices and IT Service Management
- Experience in multi-domain organizations
- Experience with hybrid environments (cloud and domain joined)
- Critical thinking skills with a focus on simplifying solutions due to technical debt
- Experience working in a hybrid team environment, preferably with TCS
- Understanding of GenAI (Copilot)
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work as a Lead EUC Engineer/Specialist within our team. You will be expected to utilize your hands-on technical skills to manage and improve our EUC infrastructure. Your duties will include ensuring efficient management of O365 tools, MDM solutions, and security features within our IT environment. You will also be responsible for developing innovative solutions to address technical challenges and simplifying processes to enhance user experience. Collaboration with a hybrid team is key, as is your ability to adapt to varying organizational dynamics.
Description
We are looking to fill this position on an initial 6-month contract basis. This role is outside of IR35 and offers a competitive daily rate between £450-550. The position will primarily be based out of our London office, with the expectation of working on-site one day a week; however, we can offer flexibility if needed. We are excited to find an experienced professional who is eager to contribute to our dynamic team.
