Requirements

Must:
We require a proven professional with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a senior or lead role. A strong background in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing environments is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated experience leading business analysis on major transformation and IT projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are needed, along with the ability to influence at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in process mapping, data analysis, and requirement documentation, are critical. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies and proficiency in business analysis tools such as Visio, Jira, and Confluence are also important. Preferred qualifications include relevant certifications (such as BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, CBAP, or PMI-PBA), experience with ERP, WMS, TMS, or other supply chain systems, and an understanding of change management principles and techniques.

In this role, I will lead business analysis efforts across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with our strategic transformation goals. I will facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process reviews to elicit and document detailed business and technical requirements. It will be my responsibility to translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for our IT and development teams. I will collaborate closely with project managers, solution architects, developers, and testers throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery. Additionally, I will analyze and model current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and supporting change management activities. Acting as the primary point of contact between business users and technical teams, I will ensure that requirements are understood, validated, and delivered effectively. I will support benefits realization and carry out post-implementation reviews to track outcomes against business objectives. A key part of my role will also be to mentor junior BAs and help embed best practices and standards across the analysis function.
