L3 SOC Analyst

We are seeking a candidate with the following experience: - Proven track record as a lead investigator for high-severity security incidents, with the ability to coordinate response activities and containment strategies. - Extensive experience in performing deep forensic analysis across endpoints, logs, and network traffic to uncover advanced threats. - Proficiency in developing and fine-tuning detection rules and correlation logic within SIEM platforms, particularly Splunk. - Strong collaboration skills to work with engineering and threat intelligence teams to enhance detection coverage and improve SOC workflows. - Experience mentoring and guiding L1/L2 analysts, including providing training, quality reviews, and escalation support. - Hands-on experience designing and executing proactive threat hunting campaigns using tools such as Defender, CrowdStrike, and custom scripts. - Contribution to playbook development, automation improvements (including Microsoft Co-pilot integration), and overall process optimization. - Ability to produce executive-level incident reports, root cause analyses, and recommendations for remediation and hardening.
