Requirements
Must:
I am looking for a Business Analyst with strong business analysis and problem-solving skills. You should have experience with intranet solutions or internal communications platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Ideally, you will have experience with Unily or similar platforms, M365 tools, and change management. Bonus points if you have worked in an education sector or in a decentralized model.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to gather and analyze business requirements effectively. You will partner with internal comms teams, tech leads, and external vendors to support the delivery of a modern intranet platform. Additionally, you will help the organization adopt new ways of working through improved digital employee experience. Driving progress across multiple workstreams and reporting to senior stakeholders will also be a key part of your responsibilities.
Description
This is a hybrid contract requiring you to work onsite in Covent Garden for 2 days per week, with the remaining work completed remotely. The pay is £450 per day, and the role is outside IR35, with an initial engagement of 6 months and the potential to extend.
