Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in IT infrastructure operations and Microsoft Azure. You should have deep experience managing Microsoft 365, including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and security tools such as Microsoft Defender and Sentinel. A strong background in cybersecurity is essential, particularly in areas such as zero-trust, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance frameworks. We also value a hands-on technical ability and a willingness to step in where needed. A leadership mindset with the capacity to influence, challenge respectfully, and drive strategic improvements is crucial. Additionally, you should be comfortable working across global teams and managing outsourced partners, especially in India.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will drive critical infrastructure operations, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity initiatives across our enterprise technology estate. I will lead and evolve infrastructure operations across Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud platforms. I will oversee cloud migration, lifecycle management, and the reduction of technical debt, while enhancing and securing our global IT estate—including patching, identity and access management, and endpoint protection. I will own and optimize disaster recovery, business continuity, and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and FCA. Additionally, I will oversee third-party vendor performance and service delivery metrics and embed DevOps practices and automation across our operations.
