Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in finance process mapping, requirements gathering, and business analysis. An understanding of finance systems/ERP and related data flows is essential. We value experience working on change or transformation projects, ideally in a global environment. As a confident communicator, you should be able to collaborate effectively across teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while working closely with technical teams and stakeholders. I will map and improve finance processes to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency. Facilitating workshops, supporting project planning, and contributing to business case development will be key responsibilities. Additionally, I will assist with system and process testing, change management, and stakeholder communications. Partnering with teams across finance, technology, and shared services to deliver impactful change will be a crucial part of my role.
Description
This position is hybrid, requiring me to be in the office for 2 days per week. I will be offered a competitive salary and benefits.
