Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a proven track record in leading digital transformation programs, from strategy through execution. You should possess deep technical expertise across API design, integration layers, and data flow management. Hands-on experience with booking systems and CRM platforms is essential, and ideally, you should have experience with website replatforming. The ability to document technical landscapes and translate complexity into accessible language for non-technical colleagues is also crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define and deliver the digital transformation strategy, translating it into a clear and achievable roadmap. You will oversee multiple digital initiatives simultaneously, identifying interdependencies and ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. Acting as the subject matter expert on systems architecture, you will cover reservation platforms, CRM, documentation, and integrations. You will manage relationships with technology vendors, integration partners, and our Group IT team to secure delivery excellence. Communicating progress, risks, and recommendations clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders will be key. As the transformation matures, you will lay the foundations for a small team while remaining actively engaged in hands-on delivery.
