Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A strong background in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing or mentoring engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms, preferably AWS, along with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or AWS CDK, and container orchestration using Kubernetes/EKS.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins.
- Comfort in agile environments and the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with secure software delivery practices and familiarity with standards such as ISO27001 is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling the explanation of complex technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
As a DevOps Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps Engineers to deliver infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines.
- Designing, implementing, and managing robust CI/CD pipelines to support development and release processes.
- Collaborating with engineering, security, and project teams to provide scalable and secure solutions.
- Overseeing our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) to ensure cost-effectiveness, performance, and reliability.
- Driving continuous improvement across deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows.
- Providing technical direction on modern DevOps practices, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensuring compliance with security standards and assisting with audits and incident management.
- Evaluating and implementing tools and technologies that enhance efficiency and resilience.
