Data Solution Architect

We are looking for a Data Solutions Architect with a strong set of essential skills and qualifications. You must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in designing architecture solutions that align with business goals is crucial. You should have the ability to manage and support technological change within complex organizations, along with a deep understanding of contemporary data technologies and architecture patterns. Your strong background in data modeling, system design, and data integration will be highly valued. We appreciate an innovative and pragmatic mindset, enabling you to bridge business needs and technical capabilities. You should be self-directed and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision, and familiarity with data architecture frameworks, including data mesh, data warehousing, BI, and cloud-based data platforms is essential. Experience with cloud-native data solutions, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure, Fabric), is required. Strong alignment and facilitation skills, particularly across siloed teams, and experience in Agile delivery environments are also necessary. Desirable traits include experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives, familiarity with data cataloging tools and data governance practices, experience working with external technology vendors or consulting partners, and a background in industries such as real estate, property, or financial services.
