We are seeking candidates who have experience in leading a security function through a maturity journey, delivering transformation, and operating in regulated environments. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building new "best in need" cyber capabilities from scratch and effectively bringing stakeholders on the security journey.

As our Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will be responsible for taking our security function on a maturity journey and driving transformation. You will build new cyber capabilities at a pivotal point in our transformation and have the opportunity to shape the future of cyber within our organization. We need a pragmatic leader who can operate both strategically and tactically, engaging stakeholders, overseeing technical delivery, and transforming the security culture within our organization.
Description
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in complex, regulated environments and is looking for a role that allows for significant influence. We offer a hybrid work environment based in London or Manchester, with a salary range of £108,000 to £120,000, along with a non-contributory pension of up to 15% and other great benefits.
