We are looking for a Technical Support & Small Works Engineer who has extensive knowledge in IP Networking and security products. You should either have a proven track record of leading technical activities or be capable of mentoring and instructing other engineers. Additionally, experience in the installation and fault finding of Security and Fire Systems is essential. While a working knowledge of Fire Systems is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will respond to inbound customer support tickets and resolve issues remotely using available software. You will attend emergency callouts during working hours and participate in our after-hours on-call team for emergency queries. Assisting our field engineering teams with technical questions and mentoring junior engineers will be a key part of your job. You will also collaborate with our sales teams on system design, identify opportunities for upselling modern solutions, and lead engineering meetings with customers and stakeholders. Quick problem identification and resolution are crucial, as is effective escalation when needed.

Description
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Aylesbury, with a salary range of £30,000 to £45,000 per year. We offer a company pension and on-site parking. Your efficiency in addressing customer support requests within allocated SLAs will be a key performance measure for this role.
