Requirements

Must:
I am looking for someone who understands eDiscovery deeply, with knowledge of ACEDS, CEDS, PMP, Relativity, DISCO, Reveal, or similar certifications. If you don’t currently hold a certification, we will support you through obtaining a Project Management qualification. You should have experience managing projects from start to finish, maintaining your composure and sense of humor throughout. A precise, organized approach is essential, alongside the ability to remain calm under pressure while juggling multiple demands. You will also need to understand the technology behind digital evidence, including forensics, review tools, and the broader ecosystem. A passion for the blend of logic, structure, and detective-style problem solving that comes with eDiscovery work is crucial.

Responsibilities

In this role, I will ask you to manage the entire eDiscovery project lifecycle, which includes scoping, maintaining timelines, managing budgets, and reporting while ensuring everything remains aligned. You will oversee data collection and preservation, treating digital artifacts with the utmost accuracy. Running eDiscovery platforms and ensuring data is appropriately processed, loaded, reviewed, and ready for production will be part of your responsibilities. You will design workflows that feel logical and effortless, even under tight deadlines, and coordinate effectively with forensic teams, translation experts, and disclosure providers. Performing meticulous quality checks to guarantee everything is flawless and defensible is vital, as is preparing reports and updates that will provide relief to our legal teams. Additionally, you will train and support internal users, empowering them with newfound skills.

Description

If you aspire to be the steady hand in a dynamic environment—part analyst, part architect, part digital truth-seeker—this could be the perfect position for you. I am eager to have a conversation with you about why you might be the ideal candidate for this role. If this resonates with you, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll have the Yorkshire Tea ready for our discussion!
