Requirements
Must:
- Deep understanding of eDiscovery
- Familiarity with ACEDS, CEDS, PMP, Relativity, DISCO, Reveal or similar certifications
- Experience managing eDiscovery projects from initiation to completion
- Strong organizational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency in digital evidence technology, including forensics and review tools
- Capable of creative problem-solving and logical thinking
Responsibilities
- Manage full eDiscovery projects including scoping, timelines, budgets, and reporting
- Oversee data collection and preservation with meticulous accuracy
- Run eDiscovery platforms ensuring data processing, loading, and review readiness
- Design logical workflows to streamline processes, especially under tight deadlines
- Coordinate with forensic teams, translation experts, and disclosure providers
- Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and defensibility of data
- Prepare insightful reports and updates for legal teams
- Train and support internal users to enhance their understanding and capabilities
