Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a background in IT training or technical support, ideally in a professional services setting. You should have a strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, with advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. We expect you to be comfortable learning and delivering training on new software platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering both virtual and in-person training sessions. Being highly organized with a good attention to detail and a proactive approach is crucial. You should also be willing to attend our Bristol office occasionally, and be open to some travel to other locations when needed.
Responsibilities
As an IT Trainer, you will deliver IT induction training to new starters while providing ongoing training for existing employees. You will plan and coordinate training programs that align with our business and technology requirements. Creating and maintaining digital learning content, such as videos and e-learning modules, using tools like Microsoft Sway, SnagIt, Camtasia, Captivate, and Articulate Storyline 360 will be part of your role. You will manage content on our learning management system (LMS) and ensure that all training materials are current, consistent, and professionally presented. Additionally, you'll respond to training-related queries via the team mailbox and support technology change initiatives with tailored training solutions. Gathering and analyzing feedback to enhance training quality and relevance will also be part of your responsibilities.
