Must:
I am looking for an IT Administrator who has solid IT support experience, ideally across multi-site environments. You should possess strong troubleshooting skills with a calm, client-first approach and be organized and detail-focused. The ability to juggle priorities is essential. Bonus points if you have experience in legal or regulated environments and a proactive interest in AI and digital innovation.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support across multiple sites, including Windows, Macs, iOS, and Android platforms. You'll be responsible for supporting case management software, managing the Microsoft Office Suite, and having networking know-how (VPN, firewalls, DNS, TCP). Additionally, you will monitor, maintain, and patch servers and infrastructure while liaising with external contractors when necessary. We also encourage you to bring fresh ideas around AI, SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and PowerApps to help modernize our IT systems.
