Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical expertise in system administration, monitoring, and optimisation
- Proven experience with cloud platforms and enterprise applications
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, NetSuite, SharePoint, Active Directory, Salesforce, and Cascade HR
- Proactive in staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Ability to assess and recommend new tools, improvements, or efficiencies
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation, optimisation, and security of Sight Scotlands IT systems
- Act as the escalation point for technical issues
- Focus on system maintenance, troubleshooting, and providing specialist expertise
- Analyze recurring issues and implement preventative measures
- Ensure disaster recovery plans are invoked when required
- Assist Support Technicians with daily systems checks and fixes
- Participate in a weekly rota for early morning checks
- Maintain proficiency through self-directed learning in identified technical areas
Description

This role plays a vital part in supporting our charitable mission by leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and drive innovation.
