Responsibilities
- Work embedded in a cross-functional team with software developers, technical product owners, and testers to develop JVM applications using Test Driven Development and Pair Programming
- Drive the design and implementation of our systems while understanding the context and purpose behind our work
- Always look for ways to improve our systems and development processes
- Mentor and coach other engineers
- Pair program as needed
