Wintel and VMWare Administrator

- I require significant experience managing Windows servers and infrastructure, including Active Directory. - You should have considerable experience as a Windows system administrator supporting a production IT environment of more than 200 servers. - I need hands-on experience in upgrading from Windows 2012 to Windows 2016/2019 OS. - A good understanding of Active Directory, OU structures, Group Policies, DNS, DFS, DHCP, IIS, and WSUS is essential. - You should possess strong understanding and experience in an enterprise environment, including backup and restore procedures. - I expect knowledge of Microsoft Cluster functionalities for High Availability and the ability to maintain and perform periodic testing and upgrading of the DR environment. - Experience in installing and configuring ESXi and building VMware infrastructure from scratch is required. - You should have hands-on experience in configuring DRS, HA, VMware Networking, Datastores, and VMware Clusters. - Proficiency in vCenter installation and configuration, as well as experience in P2V, VMotion, and the VMware virtual center is necessary. - A good command of ESX command line and experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting of the ESX server environment is expected. - You should have experience in performance tuning of ESX VMware and resource management between virtual machines, along with backup and recovery knowledge of virtual machines. - Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V Hypervisors and ITIL processes is essential. - I need you to be comfortable working in a 24x7 global environment and take responsibility for resolving problems in the most effective way possible within SLA, reaching root cause, and preventing future problems.
