Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have experience with Wifi logins, CISCO, routers, switches, and user access. While this experience is preferable, it is not mandatory. Additionally, you must hold or have previously held a high-level security clearance, as successful applicants will need to obtain security clearance prior to appointment. This process can take a minimum of 10 weeks.
Responsibilities
As part of the Technical End User Support team, you will be working full-time onsite in Reading. Your primary role will be to provide technical support to end users, resolving issues related to network access and connectivity.
