Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. You should be capable of building relationships with colleagues, support teams, and partners across all levels of the business. It’s important that you can work independently, using your initiative when necessary. We value a continuous improvement mentality to identify and call out areas to enhance the customer experience. A solid background in Tech Bar or Walk-up Support services is required, as well as experience in handling incidents and requests.
Additional requirements include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows technical support, with good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and the Office 365 Suite.
- Competence in using and supporting Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with mobile technologies, both Apple and Android.
- Familiarity with building, configuring, and troubleshooting desktops and laptops.
- Understanding of Azure, Autopilot, and Intune for software deployment.
- Experience using BMC Helix to log and update tickets.
- Previous support experience with Apple Macs would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles and documentation for common issues. Your role will involve providing technical support to our users, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
