Requirements
Must:
- I require a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Business Analyst that has expertise in designing declarative solutions.
- You should have excellent attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior stakeholders and convey complex issues in a simple manner.
- You must possess excellent knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Experience in working with both agile and waterfall methodologies is essential.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to become the conduit between the Business and Technology teams.
- You will support business discovery, specifically leading on Salesforce discovery aspects, clarifying and guiding requirements solicitation.
- You will work closely with Business Analysts to understand future state business processes, ensuring appropriate user story coverage.
- Your role will include supporting business and technical refinement sessions, creating Figma wireframes using the Salesforce plugin to aid discovery and requirement definition.
- You will help drive the correct story structure and size for logical Salesforce delivery.
- I need you to ensure that the relevant artefacts are present to enable solution design and accurate estimation.
- You will champion configuration over code and conduct functional reviews of developed stories to ensure they meet business needs before passing them to QA.
- Additionally, you will help drive the client acceptance testing process to identify required changes and communicate those changes to the development team.
- You will act as the single point of contact for QA for your assigned stories, triaging and prioritizing bugs for review by the Product Owner.
- Finally, you may support delivery demos to the core team and wider stakeholders.
