Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with extensive SAP consulting experience and cross-functional knowledge across core modules. You should have at least 2 S/4HANA transformation programs (both Greenfield and Brownfield) under your belt, where you have led architecture or provided end-to-end solutions. A strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and familiarity with key SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM, or HR is essential. You should have hands-on experience in defining To-Be architectures, process maps, interface specifications, and technical deployment models. A proven track record of delivering SAP programs across various industries, including Manufacturing, CPG, Retail, Defence, or Public Sector, is necessary. Knowledge of SAP Cloud, RISE with SAP, and deployment strategies is beneficial, though technical skills are not required.
Responsibilities
As a SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect on our clients' Pre-sales team, you will be expected to possess functional depth in at least two domains, such as Finance and Logistics or Manufacturing and Procurement. You should maintain strong architecture documentation skills using tools like ARIS, Signavio, LeanIX, or equivalent. Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly at the CIO/CTO level, are crucial. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of data migration, analytics, and testing strategies within SAP programs. Your role requires collaboration, attention to detail, and a focus on quality, as well as the ability to work within hybrid delivery models.
Description
Familiarity with methodologies and tools, such as the SAP Activate Methodology for roadmap and deployment planning, will be beneficial. You should also be proficient with Solution Manager, JIRA, Confluence, and design traceability tools. Exposure to TOGAF, enterprise architecture principles, and agile delivery models is a plus. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business is required, and SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance, Logistics, or Architecture is preferred. Additional credentials like TOGAF, ITIL, or Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure) will be advantageous.
