Requirements
Must:
We require you to have strong experience with RPA tools such as UiPath and Blue Prism. You should be skilled in producing and executing test cases and quality assurance. Experience with process mapping and workflow design is essential. We expect you to troubleshoot automation processes effectively and possess good communication skills for collaboration and documentation. Being an effective team player who can support Senior Developers is crucial. Additionally, expertise in UiPath Orchestrator, Blue Prism Control Room, or Automation Anywhere Control Room is required. Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management is also important. Knowledge of governance and compliance standards is necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the infrastructure advisory session during the RPA programme, which is a fundamental prerequisite for the development and delivery of automations in future phases. Your tasks will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing L2/L3 support, and optimizing bot performance and automation processes.
