Requirements
Must:
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Expert in C# (Senior Developer with 5 years of experience)
- OpenId & Application Security expertise
- Ideally, practical experience with Duende Identity Server
- DevOps experience, specifically with blue/green deployments in Azure
- Proficient in Git
- Candidates must hold an active security clearance
Responsibilities
As a Platform Security Developer, you will be involved in:
- Onboarding new client applications to Duende Identity Server
- Hardening Identity Server applications (including review and enhancements of boilerplate UI)
- Improving OpenId client hardening (focusing on Identity Server configuration and Python FastAPI interoperability)
- Collaborating with the platform team to develop a deployment strategy for blue/green deployments
- Providing application-focused support to the platform team
Description
This role is offered on a six-month initial contract and will require you to travel to Bristol twice a month, with additional flexibility to visit at the client's request. Due to the urgency of this position, we welcome applications from individuals with high-level security clearance or who have held such clearance in the past. Note that successful applicants will need to be security cleared prior to appointment, which can take a minimum of 10 weeks.
