Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Oracle DB, C++, and PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and assess service performance outcomes.
- Ability to define and create performance measurements.
- Experience in advising on reporting requirements and tooling.
- Aptitude for presenting analysis and visualizations clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences.
Responsibilities
- I will support the project team in measuring and assessing service performance outcomes, determining what "good" looks like and how it can be measured.
- I will apply various analysis techniques to relevant contexts.
- I will help define and create performance measurements with the wider team, including identifying reporting requirements and advising on tooling.
- I will validate tools to ensure they fulfill performance measurement requirements.
- I will present analysis and visualizations in a clear manner and provide tactical recommendations based on insights to inform decision-making.
