Requirements
Must:
- Experience working in a data warehouse or similar data-focused role
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
- Exposure to modern data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery or similar)
- Understanding of data quality, governance, and best practices
- A problem-solving mindset with good attention to detail
- Comfort working with both technical teams and business users
Responsibilities
- Building and improving data pipelines to bring together information from different sources
- Structuring and modelling data so its easy to use for reporting and analysis
- Working alongside BI teams to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and reliable
- Monitoring performance and making improvements where needed
- Troubleshooting issues and supporting users when things dont quite go to plan
- Contributing ideas on how to improve the overall data environment and processes

Located in Cheshire, we offer a hybrid working model and a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits. We are looking for a Data Warehouse Developer to help shape and strengthen our central data platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and developing data environments to support decision-making across our organization.
