IT Technician (3rd Line)

We are looking for a 3rd Line Technician, who will be our primary escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents. This role involves regular onsite attendance for project-based work, including installations, migrations, and enhancements. We want someone who is dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences and who can manage project deliverables effectively.
