Senior IT Manager

- Lead, motivate, and inspire the IT department and wider business by developing and delivering an IT strategy that fosters innovation and enables the business to operate more efficiently through effective use of existing and emerging technologies. - Be accountable for the successful provision of all IT services, whether delivered internally or externally, as required by the business. - Optimize day-to-day delivery of technical solutions across the business to position Kura as the Outsource Partner of Choice. - Manage and maintain the Kura Infrastructure environment with in-house resources and third-party suppliers. - Oversee the Kura desktop estate and deliver operational enablement using in-house resources. - Address highlighted security alerts and provide a proactive level of service for all stakeholders. - Enhance the overall Kura Infrastructure estate focusing on consolidation, efficiency, and capability enablement, in line with strategic parameters. - Manage the Kura systems architecture and infrastructure, both physical and virtual; establish procedures and policies for day-to-day administration, and provide high-level (third-line) support for servers, network hardware, and internet devices and systems. - Forge strong partnerships with key client contacts to develop ongoing technical strategy.
