Requirements
Must:
- Strong interest in IT and eagerness to learn
- Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
- Willingness to study and attend college as part of the apprenticeship
- Basic understanding of networking (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Responding to IT Helpdesk queries and managing the ticket queue
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Building and provisioning new devices
- Performing daily system checks and managing backups
- Supporting network maintenance and upgrades
- Delivering IT inductions for new starters
- Assisting the IT Manager with project work
