Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrable experience translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions
- Broad knowledge of modern IT technologies, including virtualization, storage, networking, firewalls, security, Microsoft infrastructure, and cloud services
- Confidence producing client-facing proposals and scope documentation to a high standard
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-led mindset
- The ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Commercial awareness and the ability to demonstrate business value throughout the consultative process
- A valid UK Driving Licence (regular face-to-face client meetings required in the role)
Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop a strong understanding of Kromes technology portfolio and service offerings
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to support and grow long-standing, trusted client relationships
- Apply both technical and commercial insight to identify opportunities that advance clients IT environments
- Produce high-quality supporting documentation, including proposals, scopes of work, and solution designs
- Engage with internal technical teams to ensure solutions are deliverable, scalable, and aligned to best practice
- Support the successful transition from sales to delivery through effective cross-team collaboration
- Stay current with market trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments
