Requirements
Must:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, or a recent college/university graduate seeking a great first step in an IT career.
- Experience with or understanding of the MS Office Suite, Active Directory, TeamViewer (or similar), Exchange/Office 365, and antivirus software.
- Some experience using a ticketing system or working to SLAs is advantageous.
- Great communication skills, both in person and via telephone; excellent written and spoken English is essential.
- Personable, with the ability to build rapport with multiple teams of IT technicians.
- Ability to integrate within both the Krome technical team and client IT departments.
- Punctual and thorough worker with astute attention to detail.
- Any IT qualifications are a plus, but not essential.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Join our 24x7 Support Team as a First Line Technical Support Engineer and be a part of a technically strong, fun, and dynamic team.
- Handle hands-on problem solving and troubleshooting across a variety of hardware and software matters.
- Adapt quickly to a variety of challenges and work hard to meet customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Work independently to solve various technical challenges while receiving training through teamwork and Microsoft qualifications.
- Availability to travel to client sites, including London and other locations when needed.
- Follow shift patterns covering our 24x7 helpdesk, with blocks of 4 days or 4 nights of work, followed by 4 days of rest.

The compensation package includes a salary range of £21,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience), along with a £4,000 shift allowance.
