Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on experience with HPE Synergy
- Strong hands-on experience with HPE BladeSystem
- Strong hands-on experience with HPE Primera
- Strong hands-on experience with HPE StoreOnce
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking architecture
- Knowledge of subnetting, firewalls, and WAN
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience supporting Exchange Online
- Virtualisation experience (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Relevant certifications (HPE, Fortinet, Veeam, Microsoft) - Desirable
- Experience with Azure (VMs, networking, storage) - Desirable
- Knowledge of Azure identity and access (Entra ID / Azure AD) - Desirable
- Previous experience in a manufacturing industry - Desirable
- Hands-on experience with Fortinet technologies (e.g. FortiGate) - Desirable
- Experience working with in-house applications and development support - Desirable
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Self-motivated
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive and detail-focused approach to infrastructure management
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain HPE Synergy and HPE BladeSystem platforms
- Administer HPE Rack Servers
- Administer HPE Primera and HPE StoreOnce storage solutions
- Oversee Veeam Backup & Replication operations
- Provide administration and support for Microsoft 365 services
- Support Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
- Perform patching, firmware upgrades, capacity planning, and lifecycle management
- Ensure infrastructure availability and performance
- Produce and maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks
