Requirements

Must:
- Demonstrated understanding of data structures, databases, and computer systems architecture. - Eagerness and openness to grasp and adapt to new data systems, technologies, and evolving processes within the field. - Proficiency in various IT areas such as system administration, troubleshooting, software applications, and network management. - Meticulousness in handling data, code, and system configurations to ensure accuracy and precision in tasks. - Ability to identify problems, think critically, and proactively seek solutions to resolve IT-related issues efficiently. - Capability to work independently, take initiative, and manage tasks effectively without constant supervision. - Proficiency or familiarity with PHP and HTML for web development, Power Automate for workflow automation, and Flutter for mobile app development. - Knowledge of APIs and the ability to comprehend their functionality, along with experience setting up and integrating APIs within systems. - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, identify patterns, and derive meaningful insights to drive decision-making and system improvements. - Basic knowledge of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles for creating intuitive and user-friendly applications or interfaces. - Ability to organize and manage IT projects effectively, including planning, resource allocation, and timely execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead all KTA IT requirements including the development, maintenance, and supervision of the website, CRM system, and phone system. - Protect and support KTA hardware and software applications, including providing general troubleshooting solutions. - Manage data inputting and overall data within the CRM system, and create and distribute company-wide reports. - Create and maintain the company website and social media profiles to enhance our online presence. - Collaborate with external consultants to ensure we meet necessary cyber essentials accreditations. - Support data collection through various online survey platforms and provide technical assistance for online courses. - Assist various teams with their IT-related needs and manage the company's contact database. - Monitor IT trends and developments to ensure the company remains up-to-date with the latest technologies. - Create systems to automate routine processes for increased efficiency and provide ad hoc support for device repairs. - Analyze CRM and other data to generate insights and create comprehensive reports for management. - Assist in implementing and maintaining IT security measures. - Liaise with IT vendors to manage relationships and ensure smooth service delivery. - Research and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration and support the management of collaboration tools. - Provide troubleshooting and help desk support to employees encountering IT-related issues. - Perform quality assurance testing on IT systems, websites, or applications.

Description


This position is part-time, requiring 3 days of work per week, and offers a salary range of £21,000 to £27,000 per annum (pro-rata equivalent to £35,000 to £45,000). We operate in a remote work environment. You will contribute significantly to our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all employees and volunteers to share this commitment.
