Requirements
Must:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator
- Proficiency in Salesforce core features including objects, fields, and workflows
- Experience with data management, importing, cleaning, and validation
- Ability to create and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing settings
- Expertise in creating custom reports and dashboards
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of Salesforce security best practices
- Optional certifications like Salesforce Administrator Certification or Platform App Builder Certification
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all site rules as outlined by senior team
- Enforce a culture of performance and duty of care
- Adhere to health and safety rules; report accidents and near misses
- Administer and support Salesforce users including roles, profiles, and permissions
- Prioritize work independently including addressing tickets in internal systems
- Lead assigned project work to develop new automation and business logic
- Assist in configuring business-wide changes within the system
- Liaise with users to keep workflows efficient
- Help maintain GDPR compliance in a fast-paced environment
