Product Manager

- Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision for Transport, aligned to Klipboards overall strategy - Identify growth opportunities across on-premise and SaaS solutions, including modernisation, platform consolidation, and AI-led differentiation - Translate customer needs, market trends, and competitive insight into clear strategic priorities - Own and govern a multi-year product roadmap spanning multiple teams and initiatives - Ensure investment is balanced across innovation, platform resilience, technical debt, security, and regulatory needs - Make prioritisation decisions that maximise customer and commercial impact - Own the commercial success of the Transport product portfolio, including revenue growth, customer retention, and long-term profitability - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy - Use data and market insight to inform build-vs-buy decisions and investment trade-offs - Lead the introduction of agentic AI capabilities into transport workflows - Ensure AI initiatives are practical, ethical, secure, and deliver tangible customer value - Champion experimentation while maintaining enterprise-grade standards - Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers and senior product leaders - Set clear standards for product discovery, documentation, decision-making, and outcome measurement - Provide executive-level visibility on progress, risks, dependencies, and performance - Engage directly with strategic customers to validate direction, test assumptions, and inform roadmap decisions - Represent Product in executive forums and business planning cycles - Ensure products meet data protection, security, and standards-based integration requirements - Balance innovation with platform stability, scalability, and long-term maintainability
