Senior Systems Engineer

We are currently looking for a flexible, enthusiastic, and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our R&D team based in Ross-On-Wye, where you will contribute to developing the next generation of electronic warfare products. This role requires ownership of system design from concept through manufacture and life support, along with managing your own workload while collaborating with a small dynamic team. With a hands-on approach and the opportunity to mentor less experienced engineers, your ideas on process and quality improvement will be valued as you work on various projects, ensuring we continue to meet the high standards expected of us.
