Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Software Support person who has experience in a Software Support role, as this position does not involve hardware or PC support. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL Queries, stored procedures, and database maintenance, is essential. Additionally, you should have experience with SSRS Report Builder and the ability to manage multiple support cases. A full UK driving license is required for occasional site visits.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a small and friendly collaborative team, providing first and second line support to our end users. Your primary focus will be on our bespoke software, ensuring that our users receive the assistance they need efficiently and effectively.
