Requirements
Must:
- Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience) in Quality, Engineering, Data Analytics or similar
- Experience working in a QMS-based or regulated manufacturing environment
- Strong data analysis and visualisation skills
- Experience developing automated reports and dashboards (Excel, Minitab, Tableau, SQL or similar)
- Understanding of NCRs, CAPAs, complaints, audits and MRB processes
- Ability to link operational quality data to financial impact
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or similar standards
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to all audiences
- Desirable: QMS and ERP integration experience
- Desirable: Lean / Six Sigma or continuous improvement background
- Desirable: Advanced automation or data modelling capability
Responsibilities
- Automated QMS reporting
- Designing and maintaining automated dashboards and reports covering: NCRs and CAPAs, customer complaints, rework, scrap and yield loss, internal and external audits, MRB activity
- Ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent and aligned with QMS requirements
- Trend & root cause analysis
- Identifying recurring issues, systemic risks and emerging trends
- Providing data-driven insight to support corrective and preventive actions
- Developing and maintaining Cost of Quality and Cost of Poor Quality reporting
- Linking quality issues to financial impact
- Supporting prioritisation of improvement activity through cost insight
- Translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders at all levels
- Supporting management reviews and strategic improvement planning
- Improving data capture and integration across QMS, ERP and manufacturing systems
- Supporting internal and external audits with objective evidence and metrics
